About our Parish

Our Parish Community exists to serve the people of Ettingshall with the good news of Jesus Christ, in cooperation with other Christians.

We are proud to be located in the Diocese of Lichfield, a diocese which serves a huge area encompassing the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Shropshire and even part of Wales. In fact the diocese serves a population of 2.097 million, the 5th largest by population in the country in an area of 1,740 square-miles, the 9th largest by size in the country. The Mother church of our diocese is the magnificent Lichfield Cathedral.

Almighty and everlasting God, by whose Spirit the whole body of the Church is sanctified and governed, mercifully hear our humble supplications for all bishops, priests and deacons; that by the gift of your grace, all, in their various appointments, may faithfully serve you and have the strength to be firm witnesses of the Gospel to the world.
